George JosephBARKERPassed away peacefully at home with his wife Doreen and children Steven, Andrew, Tim, Mandy and Susan by his side. On Tuesday 18th February 2025. Aged 88 years.

George was a loving grandad of 12 and great-grandad of 14. George will be sadly missed by all of his family and friends.

May he rest in peace.

Doreen and all the family would like to thank everyone who cared for George during his illness.

A funeral service will be held at St Phillips Church, Chaddesden on Friday 28th March at 11am followed by a committal at Markeaton Crematorium Main Chapel.

Family flowers only please, however donations to benefit The Salvation Army at Longton Stoke-on-Trent and Treetops Hospice may be placed in the donation box at the end of the service or made online by visiting funeral-notices.co.uk
